【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61347specifiesparticularrequirementsforelectronicinvertorsandconvertorsforhigh-frequencyoperationoftubularcold-cathodedischargelampsusedinsignsandluminousdischargetubeinstallationsandoperatingwithanoutputvoltageexceeding1000Vbutnotexceeding10000Vfordirectconnectiontosupplyvoltagesnotexceeding1000Vat50Hzor60Hzor1000Vd.c.NOTE1InJapan,theoutputvoltageof15000Visacceptable.Therequirementsfortwotypesofinvertorsandconvertors,typesAandB,arespecifiedasfollows:-TypeAunit:aninvertororconvertoroperatingwithinthefrequencyrange20kHzto50kHz,andhavinganoutputvoltage(betweenterminals)notexceeding5000Vpeak,amaximumoutputcurrentlimitedto35mA(r.m.s.)and50mA(peakvalue).Thesupplyvoltagedoesnotexceed250Vat50Hzor60Hzor250Vd.c.NOTE2TheoutputcurrentofatypeAunitmaybeconsideredasnotpresentinganelectricshockhazardduetothelimitsonthecurrentandfrequencyrange.NOTE3InJapan,theoutputvoltageof15000Visacceptable.-TypeBunit:aninvertororconvertorhavingano-loadoutputvoltagenotexceeding5000Vtoearthor10000Vbetweenterminals,operatingwithinthefrequencyrange10kHzto100kHzwithamaximumoutputcurrentlimitedto200mA(r.m.s.)and400mA(peakvalue).NOTE4TypeBunitsrequireadditionalprotectionintheoutputcircuit.NOTE5InJapan,atypeBunitexceeding50mAand/orthesecondarygroundedisnotacceptable.Inordertocheckthesafetyofinvertorsorconvertors,itisnecessarytochecktheirperformance.However,sincenostandardizationofthecharacteristicsofneontubesexists,referenceloadsarespecifiedinthisstandardtoensurereproducibletestresults.Theratedmaximumoperatingtemperatureofthewinding,tw,isnotapplicabletothisstandard.
