【摘要】:ThisPartofBS7000givesguidanceonthemanagementofthedesignofserviceatalllevels,foralldesignorganizationsandalltypesofservice.Theservicethatisthesubjectofadesignbriefmaybethecompleteserviceinitsownrightoracomponentofalargerservice,e.g.anairlineserviceorthecateringservicecomponent.Guidanceisgivenonlyontheapplicationofgeneralmanagementprinciplesandtechniquestothemanagementofdesign.Discussionofthetechniquesthemselves,e.g.managementofpeople,time,andtheirapplicationtoareasotherthandesignandthedesignprocessitselfareexcluded.NOTE1.Appropriatereferenceismadetootherdocumentsforguidanceongeneralmanagementtechniques.AbibliographyisgiveninannexC.NOTE2.Guidanceonproceduresrequiredtomeetstatutoryrequirements,e.g.healthandsafety,orproductandserviceliability,isnotintendedtobecomprehensiveandreferenceshouldbemadetootherdocumentswhereappropriate.
