【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulforthedeterminationoftheamountofacidacceptancecontributedbyaminesorbasesascomparedtootheracid-acceptingcompounds.1.1Thesetestmethods,whereapplicable,coverthedeterminationoftheacidacceptanceofhalogenatedorganicsolventsduetothepresencethereinofanorganicaminetitratablebystandardacid.Thesetestmethodsaresuitableforsamplesof0.001to0.02weightpercent(10-200ppm)alkalinityasNaOH.Twotestmethodsarecoveredasfollows:1.1.1TestMethodApHMethod,and1.1.2TestMethodBIndicatorMethod.1.1.3TestMethodCGCMethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
