适用范围
本标准于１９８３年首次发布，１９９７年１０月第一次修订。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３９７７—１９９７《颜色的表示方法》。本标准规定了采用CIE1931标准色度系统或CIE1964标准色度系统表示颜色的方法。在1°～4°视场时，采用CIE1931标准色度系统的三刺激值和色品坐标表示颜色；在大于4°视场时，采用CIE1964标准色度系统的三刺激值和色品坐标表示颜色。本标准适用于物体色（包括反射色和透射色）和光源色。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ３９７７—１９９７相比主要变化如下：
———标准的英文名称由原标准的“Ｍｅｔｈｏｄｓｏｆｃｏｌｏｕｒｓｐｅｃｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎ”改为“Ｓｐｅｃｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎｏｆｃｏｌｏｒｓ”；
———增加了“ＣＩＥ 标准照明体”、“三刺激值”和“色品坐标”、“色匹配函数”等定义（本标准的３．１～３．６）；
———全文名词术语规范化并根据ＣＩＥ１５：２００４的最新规定进行更新。将ＧＢ／Ｔ３９７７—１９９７中“三色坐标”、“色度函数”、“紫轨迹”、“犡犢犣色度系统”、“犡１０犢１０犣１０色度系统”、“ＣＩＥ１９６４补充标准色度观察者”分别修改为“色品坐标”、“色匹配函数”、“紫红边界”、“ＣＩＥ１９３１标准色度系统”和“ＣＩＥ１９６４标准色度系统”、“ＣＩＥ１９６４标准色度观察者”；
———在５．２和５．４中给出ＣＩＥ１９３１标准色度系统和ＣＩＥ１９６４标准色度系统等能白光色品坐标；
———将ＣＩＥ１９３１和ＣＩＥ１９６４色品图与相应的标准色度观察者的内容合并成一章，修改ＣＩＥ１９３１色品图中照明体Ｄ６５与等能白光Ｅ 的位置关系；
———修改三刺激值表达式，在６．１和６．２中给出通用公式（３）和（４），通过改变参量计算光源色、反
射色和透射色的三刺激值；
———用求和计算代替式（１）～式（６）的积分计算。

【摘要】:Thepull-offstrengthofacoatingisanimportantperformancepropertythathasbeenusedinspecifications.Thistestmethodservesasameansforuniformlypreparingandtestingcoatedsurfaces,andevaluatingandreportingtheresults.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoanyportableapparatusmeetingthebasicrequirementsfordeterminingthepull-offstrengthofacoating.Variationsinresultsobtainedusingdifferentdevicesordifferentsubstrateswiththesamecoatingarepossible(seeSection11).Therefore,itisrecommendedthatthetypeofapparatusandthesubstratebemutuallyagreeduponbetweentheinterestedparties.Thepurchaserorspecifiershalldesignateaspecifictestmethod,thatis,B,C,D,E,orFwhencallingoutthisstandard.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforevaluatingthepull-offstrength(commonlyreferredtoasadhesion)ofacoatingsystemfrommetalsubstrates.Pull-offstrengthofcoatingsfromconcreteisdescribedinTestMethodD7234.Thetestdetermineseitherthegreatestperpendicularforce(intension)thatasurfaceareacanbearbeforeaplugofmaterialisdetached,orwhetherthesurfaceremainsintactataprescribedforce(pass/fail).Failurewilloccuralongtheweakestplanewithinthesystemcomprisedofthetestfixture,adhesive,coatingsystem,andsubstrate,andwillbeexposedbythefracturesurface.Thistestmethodmaximizestensilestressascomparedtotheshearstressappliedbyothermethods,suchasscratchorknifeadhesion,andresultsmaynotbecomparable.Note18212;Theprocedureinthisstandardwasdevelopedformetalsubstrates,butmaybeappropriateforotherrigidsubstratessuchasplasticandwood.Factorssuchasloadingrateandflexibilityofthesubstratemustbeaddressedbytheuser/specifier.1.2Pull-offstrengthmeasurementsdependuponbothmaterialandinstrumentalparameters.Resultsobtainedbyeachtestmethodmaygivedifferentresults.Resultsshouldonlybeassessedforeachtestmethodandnotbecomparedwithotherinstruments.Therearefiveinstrumenttypes,identifiedasTestMethodsB-F.Itisimperativetoidentifythetestmethodusedwhenreportingresults.Note28212;MethodA,whichappearedinpreviousversionsofthisstandard,hasbeeneliminatedasitsmainuseisfortestingonconcretesubstrates(seeTestMethodD7234).1.3Thistestmethodusesaclassofapparatusknownasportablepull-offadhesiontesters.Theyarecapableofapplyingaconcentricloadandcounterloadtoasinglesurfacesothatcoatingscanbetestedeventhoughonlyonesideisaccessible.Measurementsarelimitedbythestrengthofadhesionbondsbetweentheloadingfixtureandthespecimensurfaceorthecohesivestrengthsoftheadhesive,coatinglayers,andsubstrate.1.4Thistestcanbedestructiveandspotrepairsmaybenecessary.1.5ThevaluesstatedinMPa(inch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
